• FranceWithUs.net does not accept any liability for arrangements made between property owner(s)/property agents and their clients or between the service provider(s) and their clients. It is therefore recommended that clients look carefully at any agreement that they are asked to sign.

• Property owner(s) must describe their property accurately. FranceWithUs.net cannot accept responsibility for misrepresentation of property as described by the owner(s), but would welcome any feedback if the client feels the property is not appropriately described. Where FranceWithUs.net provides hyperlinks to other websites, not provided or maintained by us, we do so for information purposes only, and such links are not an endorsement. We therefore accept no responsibility for the content of websites or other internet services linked to this site.

• When using links to any of the service provider(s) on this site please note that your agreement will be between yourself and the service provider(s).

• All property owner(s) will require a deposit on booking the property and full payment is normally due within 8 weeks of departure. Although FranceWithUs.net is often asked to take an initial booking deposit all payment and booking arrangements are between the property owner(s)/property agents and their clients. Most owners will also require a security/breakages deposit at the time the balance for full payment is due.

• FranceWithUs.net welcomes any positive comments that might help to improve its service to the users of this site.

The Property Owner:

• FranceWithUs.net reserves the right to refuse any advertisement that is considered not to be in keeping with the site and remove information from the site, without compensation, if the description is thought to be inaccurate.

• No property owner will be loaded onto the database without prior payment, which is non refundable once on the system.

• Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, as well as the Availability service, once they are loaded onto the database.

• FranceWithUs.net will always try to return photographs and materials supplied but cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.

• FranceWithUs.net expects all advertisers to offer their clients the best possible standards of service. It is recommended that complaints are dealt with through the use of reasonable negotiations.

• Bookings are the sole responsibility of the owner(s).

• FranceWithUs.net reserves the right to change the design of the site and its editorial content and welcomes any positive comments which might help to improve its service to the users of the site.
