We are an independent specialised website exclusively for France launched only four years ago and have expanded rapidly by offering owners and visitors a professional and easy to navigate website. We offer the public a wide choice of properties (over 1,300 currently) with excellent search facilities, property references to find individual properties, credit card facilities and a wide range of links to regions and towns making it simple to book property anywhere in France. For owners we have a simple system to use and in 2005 introduced a new type of listing to completely take the risk out of advertising with our Pay As You Go Option where you pay a nominal fee to join and then commission only if you receive a booking from us! We give clients as much information as possible to enable them to book quickly and we charge owners no extra cost for late availability, golf listings, availability calendars, special offers and all our other promotions. You can even have your 'own website' through our Full Listing.

• Excellent Marketing. We actively market online through Google and Overture plus regional and national press. We are one of the few specialised french holiday websites with our own 'Affiliation Scheme' with other websites driving potential clients to us. To join our Affiliate Scheme go to our Home Page and click on the link at the bottom of the page.
• Instant display of property information. Clients can see quickly and easily property in a Region or a specific Department, then send details of any property to friends through the 'Tell a Friend' facility.
• Easy to use search facility. We are one of the simplist websites to use. Customers can search by just clicking on the Map, by property reference numbers or search for a wide range of indoor, outdoor and general facilities including golf course nearby, swimming pool, tv and video, etc. We do not charge owners 'extra' to be included in these facilities.
• Availability Service. We keep information on all our properties availability at no extra cost and you are not obliged to use our availability systems. This is especially useful for 'last minute' and 'late availability' bookings as well as 'out of season' information. It also means you do not have to update lots of availability calendars each time you have a booking!
• Detailed Information on France. We are one of the few sites that has links to all 22 Regions and 95 Departments in France plus 160 Towns and many tourist attractions. This makes it easier to rent property in lesser known areas.
• Independent Travel Information. We have links to all the main carriers giving customers complete choice. We can also give property owners travel links to earn commission on their own websites which can substantial boost the invoice from your own website.
• Extra Information. We give our customers as much information as possible on Festivals, Public Holidays, Weather, Budget Hotels for en route travel, Buying Property, Home Swops and more.
• Total Independence. We act as an agent to market your property through a number of methods but you still deal direct with the client, even with our 'Pay As You Go' Listing. We will also pay commission on referrals for properties and a wide range of small hotels through Logis de France giving your customer more services and potential more income to yourself!

When you have decided on the listing you require please use the contact us page. Once accepted, we will either give you a password to create your own web pages (Full Listing) or load your details onto our database for you (Pay As You Go Listing). You can pay online by Direct Debit or credit card by using our Nochex Secure Onlin Payment to be on our website almost immediately!

1. PAY AS YOU GO LISTING: We load your property is loaded onto our database with a full description of your property + one photograph which can be enlarged. It also includes:
   - Arrival day and letting period i.e. daily, weekly, fortnightly, long lets.
   - Room details and full prices listing.
   - Our detailed search facilities of 23 indoor, outdoor and general facilities.
   - Extra Information on local features and local activities.
   - Unique Property Reference Number.
   - Availability calendar if required free of charge.
   - Golf Listing & Pet friendly places included for no extra charge.
   - Selected properties are given more information and photos as outlined with Full Listings.
   - Commission paid on any booked referrals for properties or hotels en-route.
   
   This option gives you control of your bookings, as we act only as an 'introductory service', but means you are being marketed for no up front extra cost. Once we receive a firm enquiry you will be contacted and if you accept the booking, the client is asked for a 15%-20% deposit payment to secure the booking. Once this is paid to us, you, the owner, deal direct with the client. We charge a 'one off' admin charge to initially load your property onto our database and then we charge only on bookings generated by this website. If you wish us to take more than a 20% deposit the extra credit card charges will also be passed on.
   £15 Joining Fee & 10% of bookings + VAT*
   

2. FULL LISTING: An initial description of 100 words + one photograph followed by a further full page with 5 more photographs which can all be enlarged giving a gallery of 6 photos. This listing gives full details to customers with direct e-mail and telephone links to yourself. The Full Listings are weighted so always appear before Pay As You Go on each of our search pages.
   This Listing also includes:
   - All the above facilities for the Pay As You Go Listing
   Plus Extra:
   - Two entries for the availability page with photo and direct link through to your house details.
   - Your own fully updateable website and website address if required.
   - Individual marketing of your property for special weeks and late availability at no extra cost.
   - Free reciprical links to your own website. For non-reciprical links add £25.
   - All enquiries direct to your own e-mail and telephone.
   
   This option gives you complete control of all your marketing with clients dealing direct with yourself. We will also pass any general enquiries onto you as appropriate. You can update information at any time and include special offers. If you include a reciprical website on your website to us we will also give you a free direct link to your own website helping with your 'overall internet rating'.

a) We deal with all initial bookings and e-mail this on to you, however we can contact you separately by telephone or fax. With commission bookings we automatically collect the deposit for you.
b) Rental deposit can be collected for you by credit card for other bookings independent of us. We have a very good rate of just 2.75%.
c) We run a regular newsletter with information and updates on travel deals as well as specific promotions throughout the year.
