This pretty miner's cottage has been completely refurbished with modern facilities. Set in a quiet location on the banks of a fishing lake the house is just 150m from the town centre with restaurants, supermarket, banks, doctor, chemist, bar and swimming pool. There is also a local market on Fridays. Within 10 minutes you will find medieval towns and chateaux and within 45 minutes is Le Mans and the Loire River Valley. To the West within 90 minutes are the beaches of the Loire Atlantique.
There is a twin room with private bathroom. There is also enclosed private patio and an adjacent parking space. Outside there is a south facing garden and patio. English breakfast is £4 per person.

This beautifully converted barn with superb views is located just inside the Loire Valley, in the Mayenne region. This 100 year old barn has been converted to a high standard and offers superb accommodation for between 4-8 people. It is set in a pretty courtyard complex with panoramic views over the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Accommodation consists of a large living area with original granite stone walls and large sofa with chairs to match and a sofa bed setee for extra guests, TV and a selectin of videos for all ages. The well stocked bookshelf also contains games and jigsaws. There is a full equipped modern kitchen including fridge, microwave and CD/cassette/radio. Bottled gas supplies the cooker. The dining table has sufficient chairs for everyone and a high chair can be provided on request. There are 2 well decorated and airy loft bedrooms - one double and one twin, each has rom for a folding bed (suitable for children). All towels, linen, duvets and pillows are provided.
The bathroom has a shower, wc and hand wash basin. Outside there is a large garden and a BBQ area
There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area - the North and West coasts and Le Mans are easily accessible as a day trip. The small market towns of Gorron and Ambrieres les Valles are closeby and a little further away is the Mont St Michel.The prices quoted are for 4/6 sharing but there is a supplement of £50pw for the extra linen when all 8 beds are occupied. Short breaks, camping and fishing prices are available on request.

This superb chateau dates back to the 18th century and is well placed to tour Normandy, Brittany and the Loire! The spacious country house is beautifully decorated and not suitable for very small children. It is situated in a quiet location and has a woodland garden with a river closeby. The nearest town for shops and restaurants is Evron which is just 4kms away. This house is good value for larger groups as it sleeps up to 9. You will also find large swimming/recretional lakes in the vicinity i.e. Etang du Gue de Selle and just outside Sille le Guillaume.
Accommodation consists of a hallway and a sitting room with large windows giving lots of sunshine and comfortable chairs. There is a separate dining room with table and chairs and a very well equipped kitchen with microwave, washing achine, oven and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom with queen sized bed and a wc. Upstairs there is a double room (queen size bed) and a twin room with sink plus a room with 3 single beds. The bathroom has bath, sink and wc. The house has central heating so is suitable to rent throughout the year. Outside there is a garden with garden furniture and BBQ. There is a river at the bottom of the grounds (1kms). Electricity and gas inclusive in the summer but extra out of season.
