This well situated and well equipped semi detached gite has a very pleasant garden and shared swimming pool (8 x 4m). Situated in a rural and hill setting the accommoation is well taken care by the friendly and hospitable owners who also live on the same premises. Brive-la Gaillarde is 10kms and Donzenac just 3kms.
Accommodation consists of a living room with double sofa bed and TV with an open planned kitchen (oven and microwave). Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a twin room with separate bathroom (shower, sink, wc). The gite has gas central heating. Outside there is a shared garden and pool plus table tennis. Within 15kms is a golf course.

This family house (100m2) has good views over the valley and sites in a peaceful area in a woodland area. The house is in a lovely hamlet and there is lots to do in the area: swimming (10kms in the Lac du Causse); fishing (5 km in Correze), horse riding (10kms), golf (15kms) and lots of walks. The superb town of Brive is within 10kms with its good selection of shops, restaurants and market and the town of Malemort sur Correze is 6kms distance with shops and restaurants.
