A real gem of a cottage offering the tranquility of French rural life, yet easy access to the Black mountains and the Canal du Midi. This beautiful and spacious character cottage is in a pretty hamlet, surrounded by vineyards and just 10 minutes away from the medieval town of Minerve. The surrounding vineyards and rolling countryside make it an excellent area for walking and biking. There is also a swimming pool in Maillac and a dammed river in Bize Minervois (both 10 mins drive). The beach and sea at Narbonne Plage is 20 mins drive.

Accommodation consists of a large double lofted master bedroom and a further double room as well as a mezzanine room with one bed and a loft bedroom with one bed. There is a well equipped kitchen and a breakfast/dining room and a large sitting room with wood burning stove, TV and DVD. There is also a shower room downstairs. All the interior is tastefully and comfortably furnished to a high standard. Throw open the double French doors and BBQ on the small terrace outside.
Carcassonne, Montpellier and Perpignan Airport are all about an hour away so easy to fly and drive to this superb area of France. Weekly rate includes bedlinen, cleaning, gas and electricity and can be let for extra days and long weekends. Pets not allowed and not suitable for children under 12. Please Note: Although the house sleeps 6 there is only one shower room.

This luxury modern apartment is ideally position with a balcony and sea views. The beach is less than 15 minutes away and there is also a large communal swimming pool. Golf courses are also a short drive from the property. There is also a further similar apartment in the same block if two families which to holiday together.
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with electric hobs, fridge, electric toaster and microwave. There is a large lounge/diner with sofa beds which converts to a double bed if required and table & chairs. There is a large bedroom with a double bed, bedside lights and fitted wardrobe and another small room with twin bunk beds. There is a large balcony with table and chairs. This has double-glazing and there are magnificent sea views. There are 2 bathrooms which have a shower, washbasin and separate toilets.
Outside is a beautiful communal swimming pool which is open between mid-May and mid-September. This apartment is located on the first floor accessible by lift or stairs it is situated in a quiet area, with parking for the resident, and only 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Cap D'Agde is a beautiful holiday resort with fine, clean sandy beaches and lovely countryside with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, small and large supermarkets (Casino, Intermarche and Hyper-U), casino and nightclubs. Also there are a wide variety of sports facilities.
It is a town with stories of the sun and the easy life, naturalist area, action and passion, light and stone, nature and perfumes, night and extravagance. The main airport is Montpellier (approximately 25 miles away) and the railway station is 5 miles in the town of Agde.

This apartment is only 200m from the sea with stunning views in the heart of the lively and chic resort of Cap d'Agde. At the heart of an olive grove covering several hectares, Hameau de Montplaisir comprises five buildings that have been recently restored and turned into holiday cottages.
The hamlet enjoys an unbroken view of Béziers cathedral and Béziers has a wide range of different activities - musical, cultural, sports and recreational organized during the summer.
Thanks to its central location (in the heart of Hérault), Hameau de Montplaisir is the ideal starting point for tours of the region.
Apart from Béziers there are several abbeys, the largest of which are Valmagne and Fontfroide. Also the medieval cities of Carcassonne (UNESCO world heritage) and Aigues-Mortes, the Cathar castles and the Midi Canal (also recognized as a world heritage site by UNESCO) are worth visiting. If you prefer a lazy holiday, you can also relax beside one of the two swimming pools on the estate or by the sea as the beaches are only 15 minutes away.
This detached villa is 110m2. Downstairs there is a well equipped open planned kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine plus a large table and chairs. The living room has a DVD player and TV. There is one double bedroom with en-suite shower and washbasin downstairs as well as a separate wc. On the first flor there are 2 twin bedrooms and one double bedroom along with 2 bathrooms - one with shower and washbasin and the other with bath, toilet and washbasin. Outside there is a patio with BBQ and garden furniture. The swimming pool is 12 x 6m and open all year. It is shared with 2 other cottages.
