This attractive small house (65m2) is next to the owners villa and is well situated in a quiet and wooded residential district to the East of Paris (11kms). It is ideal fora romantic get away or a small family who wish to explore the area being just 6kms from Versailles and 15kms from Saint Quentin en Yvelines. The architect designed house is very welcoming and modern. It is in an ideal location for a stay outside Paris while still being close to the city as Bougival station is within 300m from the house which is a 25 minute journey to La Defence. Within walking distance there are a number of shops in La Celle Saint Cloud plus a cinema, swimming pool and good sports facilities. There is also a golf course within 10kms.
Accommodation consists of a modern living room with wooden floors, double sofa bed and cable TV, DVD and internet connections. The other end of the room is a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with oven microwave, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. There is also another table and chairs. There is one gallery bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, sink and wc. The house has central heating and outside there is a fenced garden, terrace and garden furniture with BBQ. Overall a great house for those who want to be near to Paris with good facilities. This house does not allow smoking. Gas and electricity as well as cleaning is included in the price. Bedlinen and towels can be hired. There is also a playpen, high chairs and bicycles available.
