This well furnished semi-detached house is situated in the middle of a gently undulating woodland landscape, atmospheric villages and vineyards. There are lots of cycle and walking routes in the surrounding area and the Regional Park 'Foret d'Orient' which has 3 lakes is closeby. Within 30 minutes the many gothic churches of Troyes is worth visiting. This house is also situed just 2.5 hours from Paris just off the E17 and is ideal for exploring this area.
This excellent house has good facilities and is well priced. Accommodation consists of a hall and a living/dining room with tiles and stone walls. There is a large fireplace with a wood burning stove and a TV. The open planned fitted kitchen has oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The wooden stairs and landing lead to a bedroom with 2 single beds and another room with 3 single beds. There is also a bathroom with bath, 2 sinks and wc. The house has central heating and outside there is a fenced garden with garden furniture BBQ and a garage. Other facilities include a shared tennis court and boules. Catering is possible if required.

This attractive 4 hectare holiday park has 60 detached and semi-detached chalets (39m2) built beside Lake Vingeanne on the border of Burgundy and Champagne-Ardennes. The chalets are comfortable and well equipped, each with a 12m2 covered terrace and a 300m2 private garden and an exterior storage room. Each also has a parking space and direct access to the lake. Apart from the lake with beach, the park also has a childrens pool and open air heated pool as well as windsurfing and water sports lessons. It also has a play area and snack bar making this ideal for a family holiday. The neares town is Langres (10kms) which has restaurants, shops and a local market.
Accommodation consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom as well as a bathroom with bath, sink and a separate wc. Outside there is a covered terrace and garden with garden furniture and parking.
This is an attractive area of France and around Langres there are 4 lakes, numerous rivers and lots of springs which form the source of the Marne. You will find unique fauna and flora and the town of Langres is well worth a visit with an imposing fortress, and superb views from the 3.5kms of walled fortifications. The town also has lots of festival and events through the year: Festival des Hallebardiers, Cine Rempart, Fete du Petard (fireworks), Festival du Chien a Plumes, Les Rendez-vou de Juillet, etc. There are also lots of other towns and sights to see. The vingeanne gorges, the Etuf falls and lots of walks and mountaing bike rides. The nearest airport is Dijon which is only 35kms away.
Optional extra services include cot, high chair, satellite TV and daily hotel service if required. Bed linen and towels can be hired and gas and electricity is included in the price.
