This is one of five splendid houses around a beautiful 5 hectare lake giving a wonderfully calm setting. The houses are directly alongside the waters where you can swim. (The quality of the lake water is regularly controlled). The houses are built from old materials, with all the modern comforts. There is a private tennis court on the farm of the owner (3 minutes drive), private fishing areas around the lake, table tennis and bicycle hire available. Art course are also possible on the premises. These gites are on the ‘Brenne’ nature park (land of thousand lakes) where water, air and earth touch each other and where it is a delight for walks!
This gite sleeps up to 6 and is 70 m2. There is a living room with a fire place, sofa bed for two and a TV and a kitchen corner with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. There is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. This gite has 2 bedrooms - one double and a twin room on the middle floor.
All the gites have central heating and storage, a terrace with lake views, garden and garden furniture. Fishing in the lake is possible.
