This small traditional detached stone Bourgogne house (110m2) is situated in a small hamlet and looks out onto a courtyard which is shared with the owners. However, the access is totally independent and separated by a fence giving privacy. The house is in a tranquil sport at the end of a dead-end road in a valley, surrounded by forest, fields and vineyards so ideal for a quiet break. There are some great walks and cycle rides with several small paths and marked trails near the house. The house has a covered veranda built of regional stone and a great view of the surrounding countryside. A river and fishing is only 4kms away and swimming in a lake with 20kms distance, plus of course many swimming pools in the area.
Accommodation consists of a living room and a kitchen with oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer and table and chairs for 4. There is a bathroom with shower unit in the bath, sink and wc. Upstairs there is a triple bedroom (single and double bed) and another double bedroom. The house has central heating and outside there is a private terrace with garden furniture. There are shops and restaurants within 4kms.
