This farmhouse is on the country estate of Domaine les Gandins ans has superb views over the surrounding countryside. In the grounds of the Domaine there are sheepl, charlois cattle, chick and a horse so ideal for those who really want to live the country life in France! Just 3 hours drive from Paris and to the west of Vichy, the nearest town of Saint Germain de Salles has restaurants and Gannat is just 10kms with a local market and shops. This property is next to the River La Sioule and is ideal for exploring the breathtaking scenery with its extensive woodlands and extinct volcanoes. The river is suitable for swimming, canoeing, fishing or just laying on the river banks with a book. If require there are table d'hotes meals available in the evening.
Accommodation consists of a hall and a living room with fire place, radio and CD. This room has wooden floors, sofas and is nicely furnished. The modern fitted kitchen has a microwave, oven and washing machine with a dining table and chairs. There are french windows going out into the garden.
