This pleasant semi-detacched house (75m2) is typical of the Bearnaise area and is situated in the Aspe Valley right in the middle of the beautiful Pyrenees. The house has been totally renovated to a high standard and has lots of charm. A small stream runs in front of the terrace and opposite the house is an old stone bridge over the stream. There is a tennis court for joint use and the surrounding area is ideal for walkers and mountain bikes. The nearest airport is Pau (RyanAir).
Accommodation consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a fireplace with HiFi. There is a dining table and 4 chairs and an open planned fitted kitchen with oven and wassing machine and microwave. There is a bathroom with shower and sink and a wc. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin room. The house has electric heating and outside there is a garden with garden furniture and BBQ. This house also has a shared tennis court and boules. A golf course is within 10kms and restaurants, market and shops are 5kms at Oloron St Marie. Smoking is not permitted in this house.

This old detached mill was totally renovated in 2004 and is situated in the 'Aspe dale' in the beautiful Pyrenees. The gite is well furnished and very cosy with a glass tiled floor in the living room so that the brooklet is visible under the house. On the property there is another holiday house and a small hotel with a tennis court. This area is ideal for walkers and mountain bikers, plus is within easy reach of Pau. There is a golf course within 10kms as well as a swimming pool and the town of Oloron St Marie with its restaurants, market and shops is 5kms away.
Accommodation consists of a living room with TV and fireplace and a well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower, sink and wc. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus wc. The house has electric heating and outside there is a terrace and garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Bedlinen and bath towels are included in the price. This is a Non-smoking house.
