This holiday house with shared swimming pool is over 500 years old and overlooks the surrounding area giving superb views of the vineyards and countryside. It is within 25 kms of Bergerac and approximately 20kms from Duras, Eymet and Sainte Foy la Grande and on a very clear days you can even see the Pyrenees mountains in the far distance. This house has lots of activites including badminton, table tennis, boules, etc as well as a swimming pool. The outdoor lighting will also allow you to sit outside well into the night.
Accommodation consists of a kitchen with a beamed ceiling. There is an oven, microwave and dishwaher as well as a kitchen table for breakfast. The Living/dining room has a TV and DVD player as a settee and table and chairs. There is a large sliding door leading into the garden. Downstairs there is a single bedroom with a cot as well as a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a separate wc with another sink and a washing machine. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and an interconnecting bedroom with bunk beds. Outside there is a large shared garden and garden furniture and BBQ. The swimming pool is shared and is fenced off as per regulations in France. There is the use of a high chair if required. Electricity is included in the rent July & Aug and 1.50 euros for June and Sept. Bed linen and bath towel pack available at 14 euros p.p. per stay.

It sleeps 18 comfortable with 9 en-suite bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 8 showers and 11 toilets. The house has full central heating and has period/antique furnishings throughout. There is a large games room, petanque and a piano as well as a selection of 300 bottles of chateau wine.
Outside there is an 8.5 acre garden meadow and woods. The large pool (12x9x6m) is heated and floodlit at night. It has the latest salt filtration system and the first section of the pool is 3m x 2m so suitable for young children to play and splash around in. With Bordeaux airport within easy reach a great location for a holiday.
