Situated around Holes No 2 and No 3 on the magnificent golf course of Moliets, which is rated the 9th golf-course of France. The course is ideally position between pine-forests and the Atlantic Ocean. This Villa is extremely well equipped and also has its own swimming pool (8 x 5).
Accommodation consists of a sitting room with double sofa bed, fireplace and satellite TV and a separate dining room leading to the terrace with french windows. The well equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave and dishwasher plus there is a utility room with washing machine and drier. There are 2 twin bedrooms and a gallery bedroom with a double sofa bed. The villa has easy access to the fine sand beach (900m) by footpaths and cycling lanes. Each villa (85m2) is flooded with light and are well equipped. Apart from golf there are numerous sportive activities in the sea-resort of Moliets. Biarritz and St-Jean-de-Luz are nearby and Hendaye (Spanish border) is within an hours drive.

Fishing, horse riding, surfing, sailing and "wild-water" canoeing are all possible. In the surrounding are various big lakes, many beaches and Dune du pilat, which is the largest dune of Europe.
