This large country house (320m2) is in an enclosed parkland with lawn, trees, flowers and a big terrace. It is well furnished and also has a private swimming pool (open from 1 May-1 Oct) The location is in the middle of rural Drome on the tourist route of 'Cotes du Rhone' between the Mont Ventoux and the Nionsais area well known for its olives. This house is ideal for sight seeing in the area. Within 33kms you will find the roman town of Vaison La Romaine, famous for its festival and many Provencal markets. Within 19kms is Nyons (olive capital) and 18kms from the artists town of Dieulefit (famous for its earthware and glass). The medieval town of Valreas and the botanical town of Grignan are both within 17kms.
Accommodation consists of a hall and nicely furniture living room with plenty of light as well as a big fireplace, sofa and chars. There is also a TV, DVD and HiFi. The fitted modern kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine as well as table and chairs. There is also a sepate dining room with seating up to 10. Downstairs there are 2 twins room and a double bedroom with sink. There is also a bathroom with steam bath, sauna, sink and wc plus another separate wc. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom and another twin room. The bathroom has a shower, jetstream, sink and wc. Bed linen is included in the price as well as heating. Outside there is a shared courtyard and a private terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. There is also a fenced and private swimming pool with pool furniture. More photos available on request.
