This detached villa with pool is on the top of a hill and has fantastic unrestricted views over Vaison-la-Romaine (2kms away) and surrounding countryside. The house has been restored and decorated with a great deal of taste and imagination. The town has a local market and shops and there is lots to see in the area being between Orange (31kms) and Carpentras (30kms). This is a great place for those requiring a peaceful holiday in the french countryside. The nearest airport is Marseilles (130kms).
This accommodation can be let as 2 separate gites and therefore has 2 open planned kitchens all well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer. There are also 2 living/dining rooms with TV, Fireplace plus internect connections. There are 7 en-suite double bedrooms (shower, sink and wc) as well as a further separate bathroom with shower, sink and wc. There are also 2 utility rooms with washing machines. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms and on a mezzine level a double sofa bed with TV. The house has french doors leading outside onto 3 terraces - one of which is covered to give some shade from the mid-day sun. There is a large garden with garden furniture and BBQ. The private swimming pool (11 x 5m) is available from July and August. There is a cot if required. Electricity is included in the price but not gas and cleaning.
