Chez Delbart is located within a 10 minute walk of the quiet but lively village of Flayosc which is a small, medieval village with restaurants, bars and selection of food shops. The coast, beaches and St Tropez are a short 40 minutes drive away and the nearby village of Les Arcs (13kms) has a railway station with frequent services to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Toulon and Marseille. A swimming pool (7m x 4m) has recently been put into the rear garden with a spacious area for sun loungers.
The house has a living room with large stone fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Shower room and WC. There are three double bedrooms, one is en-suite and annex to the house.
