This superb 3 bedroom house is set within grounds of 730m2 and is located in the district known as 'The Terraces' overlooking the sea. It is approximately 1/2 mile from the centre of the town and 3/4 mile from the beach. This penninsular known as 'Chaine de l'Estaque' is ideal for exploring around Marseille to the East and the Camargue and its fantastic nature reserve to the West.
This well equipped house has 3 bedrooms - two doubles and one twin. There is an open planned large living room (30m2) with a settee, comfortable chairs, coffee table plus TV, HiFi and DVD. The dining area (16m2) has a table and 6 chairs. Both rooms are tiled throughout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. There is also a separate bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside the grounds of 730m2 are laid out in terraces. By the house there is a covered terrace providing shade from the sun. There is then a second garden level where a BBQ or an inflatable swimming pool for children can be placed and the third garden level has some trees for shade.
The house has a burglar alarm. Bed sheets are provided but not bath or beach towels.
