This superb villa is in the hinterland behind Nice situated between the sea and mountains giving fantastic views as well as calm and tranquility. Yet, Nice, the capital of the Riviera which is a hub of activitiy during the day and evening, is within 5kms. The old city of the town, the famous markets and restaurants and museums offers lots for visitors. Add in the many festivals which take place in Nice and the surrounding area and there is masses to do.
This attractive house lies on a 37000m2 property in a private park with 9 other luxury villas. Entrance is via a digital code giving lots of privacy. Accommodation consists of a large open planned living/dining area which is tiled throughout and has beamed ceilings. There are several comfortable sofas at one end with table lamps, occasional tables and fireplace. The other end there is also a dining table and chairs for up to 10 people and french windows leading outside. This room has excellent facilities with TV, VCR, DVD, HiFi and internet connection. The light airy kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, dryer and washing machine plus a kitchen table and chairs for breakfast. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and sink plus a separate bathroom with bath and sink. There are also 3 toilets. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms (one en-suite with shower and sink) and a twin bedroom. Outside the garden is fenced and there is parking for up to 4 cars. The private swimming pool is 9 x 5m and has next to it an open plan 'summer' kitchen ideal for preparing snacks with fridge and BBQ. There are, of course a range of comfortable garden loungers and chairs and games include boules, table tennis and table football. A truly superb house in an excellent position.

Villa Hermitage is a superb large villa on the Cap d'Antibes overlooking the bay and with a private pool. It is very competitively priced for the area and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is extremely well equipped and nicely furnished making it ideal for those requiring a luxurious holiday in a beautiful setting.
Accommodation consists of a large living room with comfortable sofa and a large wooden dining table with 6 chairs. There is a television and telephone. The fitted modern kitchen has a washing machine, a dishwasher, a clothes drier and cooker. It also has a kitchen table and chairs.
