La Grange offers 3 double bedrooms approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Dieppe on the D1 on a Bed and breakfast basis. It is suitable for a stop-over en-route to/from the ports as well as a longer stay.
La Grange is formally an 18th century barn which was originally converted about 30 years ago. The peaceful gardens back onto fields and in the summer you can have breakfast under the pear tree. There are many country walks to enjoy and the 'Avenue Vert' offers 30kms of picturesque landscape for walks and cycling. There is also local fishing and regular markets throughout the year. The owners can provide delicious picnic lunches and three course evening meals using local produce including wine if required.
It is also possible to book special Painting Holidays to include 2 hours tuition in the morning and sight-seeing in the afternoon or sketching 'al fresco' - please ask for details.
