This romantic gite provides comfortable accommodation with a private swimming pool ideal for a couple or a family of 8. It was originally a XVIc stone windmill and is situated in 4 acres on the Southern side of the Lot Valley between Villeneuve and Cahors, near fascinating and historic Bastide towns. It is surrounded by open countryside and has excellent views. This house is approximately 100kms from both Bergerac and Toulouse.
Accommodation consists of a living room with a separate kitchen and a shower room/toilet. There are 3 bedrooms in the mill tower for up to 6 - a four poster double on the top floor and 2 sets of bunk beds on the lower and middle floors. In the attached cottage there is a living room, kitchen and toilet downstairs. In the pigeonnier there is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower upstairs. Outside there is a patio with shady trees, garden furniture, BBQ, giant chess set, climbing frames and swing and windsurfer. The swimming pool is 11.5 x 5.5m with a diving board and water slide. Tennis, horse riding, kayaking and golf nearby.
