L'Oustal is an attractive semi-detached house of 100m2 and is situated in the Tarn - not far from Toulouse and Montpellier, in the hamlet of 'Thouy'. It consists of 6 holiday homes with a large (12 x 6) swimming pool, sun terrace and a tennis court. There is lots to visit in the area - Castress, Albe and the interesting medieval city of Carcassonne.
Accommodation consists of a living room with fireplace, a separate well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a bathroom with shower and 2 sinks and a separate wc. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a twin room. The heating is electric and there is also a shower outside for the pool. There are 2 terraces, fenced garden with garden furniture and BBQ. The swimming pool is heated and shared with the other properties as is the tennis court. Bed linen included in the price and you can hire towels at 4.5 euros pp.

Less than 4kms away there is a recreation lake for swimming, fishing, rowing, etc and the region is ideal for walking and cycle tours. Shops, restaurants and a market are 6kms distance in the town of Carmaux or Mirandol. A golf course is within 15kms.
The accommodation consists of a living rom with double sofa bed and satellite TV and VCR. There is an open planned kitchen with microwave. There is a bedroom with a double bed and double sofa bed plus a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. There is a separate wc. The appartment has electric heating and outside there is a garden, terrace and garden furniture. There is also a fenced swimming pool.
