Accommodation consists of four bedrooms - two doubles and two twin rooms all with oak floors and beams and a bathroom. Downstairs is a large lounge/dining room with a huge open fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. This spacious house is on a large estate with 18 other properties just 7kms from Assier and 13kms from Gramat with shops and restaurants.
